I have used AVirtual for almost 4 years and have found them to be exceptional - the quality of talent has been very impressive and I have had great continuity. The flexibility enables me to be much more agile in responding to peaks and troughs and the ease of billing, the absence of recruitment and ongoing people management costs allows us to use our core resource in a much more efficient way. James and the team have been hugely professional and responsive and whilst I don't usually write reviews, I can, wholeheartedly say that we have had exceptional results from AVirtual - continued success to a superb team.

I have been working with AVirtual for around 18 months now, and I'm really happy with the service they provide. We have worked with a few virtual assistants over this period, all of whom have been professional and competent. On the occasions when someone has been not such a good fit for the company, AVirtual has quickly organised a replacement until we have the right person in place. Jessica and Phakamile, who we currently work with are fantastic and we consider an important part of our team.
